\nWe’re improving how replacements work for products affected by normal wear and tear. The new program makes the process faster, easier to understand, and more transparent. It’s an addition to our existing warranty—not a replacement for it.

\nYou can register your product on Belkin.com, request a replacement directly during checkout, and track your order online. Fewer steps, clearer updates, and less waiting.
\nWhat if I can’t find my receipt or proof of purchase?
\nRegistering your product as soon as you open it is the best way to keep things simple later on. If you don’t have your receipt, we’ll still work with you to verify eligibility and move your request forward whenever possible.
\nIs my replacement product still free?
\nYes. If your product is damaged due to normal wear and tear, the replacement product itself is free. In some cases, a shipping and handling fee applies.
\nHow does this benefit me as a consumer?
\nThis update reduces wait times, removes uncertainty around costs, and helps you receive your replacement faster—with a smoother overall experience.
\nDoes this change the warranty coverage itself?
\nNo. Your warranty coverage remains the same. This program simply improves how replacements are requested and fulfilled.

\nA flat shipping and handling fee helps cover fulfillment and delivery costs for wear-and-tear replacements. This allows us to process requests more efficiently while keeping the replacement product free.
\nWhat if my product arrives faulty or the issue isn’t due to my use? Will I still pay shipping and handling?
\nNo. Manufacturing defects covered under warranty qualify for a free replacement, including shipping and handling. Covered issues include:

| What is the Pencil Hardness rating of the screen protectors? | The screen protectors have a Pencil Hardness rating of 9H. \t\t\t \t\t\tBelkin uses a standard test method for Film Hardness measurement called the ASTM D3363. This test uses the Pencil Hardness scale with 9B being the softest and 9H being the hardest. Each of these screen protectors has a Pencil Hardness rating of 9H.
