4. Will this dock sync my device when it's plugged into the wall?

No.  To sync your device, you need to connect the dock to the computer's USB port.

5. Can I dock my iPhone with the case ON?

Yes and No.  It depends on the type of case you have.  If your speakers, Lightning connector and AUX port, are fully exposed when your case is ON, you should be able to easily dock your iPhone without removing the case.  For best results, remove your case before you dock.

6. How long does it take to charge with the Express Dock?

Charging time may vary from one (1) to two (2) hours depending on whether the device is not completely out of battery.  You need to refer to the battery indicator of your device that is connected to the charger to check if it is still charging. 

7. Do I need a separate Lightning to USB cable?

No.  The Lightning connector is built into the dock, so you're ready to charge and sync as soon as you take it out of the box.

8. Why won't my Express Dock charge when it is connected to my computer?

The Express Dock is made to charge/sync with most computer and laptops that has a USB 2.0 or 3.0 charging point.
