2. Is there a way to keep the Belkin Bluetooth Keyboard from being detected by other Bluetooth devices once it has been connected?
 
Once the Belkin Bluetooth Keyboard connects with another Bluetooth device, it can no longer be detected by other devices.  To undo this, the pairing button must be pressed again.
 
NOTE:  The Bluetooth specifications have defined encryption to ensure security so that it is safe from hacking.
 
3. Does Belkin's Bluetooth Keyboards support up to 128-bit encryption?
 
Yes, Belkin's Bluetooth Keyboards uses BT 3.0 128-bit encryption.
 
4. What is the warranty period of the iPad Keyboard Folios?
 
The Belkin iPad Keyboard Folios have a one (1) year Limited Warranty for devices bought in the US.
 
5. Can the keyboard portion of the F5L149 be folded back and secured when not in use?
 
No, while the F5L149 folds back, it does not secure itself.  However, it is still designed to be used with one hand when the keyboard portion is folded back.
                                                        
6. Can the F5L104 secure the case together when closed?
 
Yes, the F5L104 has a magnetic flap that holds the case together when closed.
 
7. Can the F5L104tt fit the Samsung Galaxy Note®?
 
Unfortunately, the F5L104tt does NOT fit the Samsung Galaxy Note.  The B2B088 Folio + Keyboard however will fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.

8. Does the Keyboard Folio's amber light turn off when it's finished charging? 

Yes, the amber light will turn off and it will change to blue when it's fully charged.

Yes, F8J045bt has the Lightning connector built into the dock, whereas F8J057tt requires the user to use their own USB to Lightning cable that came with their device.  
 
NOTE:  Both the F8J045bt and F8J057tt are designed for the iPhone 5/5s and the 5th generation iPod touch®.
 
2. Is there a limit to how much can be recorded on the Tune Talk?
 
The memos are recorded to the iPod® itself; there is no storage on the Tune Talk device.  It depends on how much available storage the iPod has.

The amount of Amps per port is dependent on the USB adapter that is used.  If you are using the adapter that came with your iPhone 5, it will use 1 Amp.

For iPad 2, 3, and 4 the built-in battery can live up to 160 hours of battery life between charges and lasts up to 1,900 hours in standby mode.   For iPad Air, the long-lasting battery offers 264 hours of active battery life and 4,300 hours of standby.  The keyboard will enter standby mode after 10 seconds of inactivity.  This will prevent draining the battery's power.

5.  What do the LEDs of the Belkin QODE™ Ultimate Keyboard Case indicate?

Power Indication – A blue LED stays solid for five (5) seconds.
 
Low Battery or Power Alarm – A blue LED will be displayed.

    During Pairing – A blue LED will flash one (1) time per second for five (5) minutes.
    While re-connecting – A blue LED will flash two (2) times per second for 10 seconds.

3.  Why is my iPad freezing while using the Bluetooth keyboard?

If you have purchased a QODE™ Keyboard and upgraded your iPad to iOS 7 you may experience issues with your iPad freezing.  While the issue is rare, it is not unique to Belkin Keyboards and can occur with all Bluetooth keyboards when syncing with the iPad.  This is due to a functionality change in iOS 7 that was not present in iOS 6.
