Once the Belkin Bluetooth Keyboard connects with another Bluetooth device, it can no longer be detected by other devices.  To undo this, the pairing button must be pressed again.
 
NOTE:  The Bluetooth specifications have defined encryption to ensure security so that it is safe from hacking.
 
3. Does Belkin's Bluetooth Keyboards support up to 128-bit encryption?
 
Yes, Belkin's Bluetooth Keyboards uses BT 3.0 128-bit encryption.
 
4. What is the warranty period of the iPad Keyboard Folios?
 
The Belkin iPad Keyboard Folios have a one (1) year Limited Warranty for devices bought in the US.
 
5. Can the keyboard portion of the F5L149 be folded back and secured when not in use?
 
No, while the F5L149 folds back, it does not secure itself.  However, it is still designed to be used with one hand when the keyboard portion is folded back.

Yes, the F5L104 has a magnetic flap that holds the case together when closed.
 
7. Can the F5L104tt fit the Samsung Galaxy Note®?
 
Unfortunately, the F5L104tt does NOT fit the Samsung Galaxy Note.  The B2B088 Folio + Keyboard however will fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.

8. Does the Keyboard Folio's amber light turn off when it's finished charging? 

Yes, the amber light will turn off and it will change to blue when it's fully charged.

The G3A1000 has a Lithium battery.

Yes, Belkin styluses will work on capacitive touchscreen/tablets.
 
NOTE:  For resistive touchscreens/tablets a digitizer stylus is required.

Yes, F8J045bt has the Lightning connector built into the dock, whereas F8J057tt requires the user to use their own USB to Lightning cable that came with their device.  
 
NOTE:  Both the F8J045bt and F8J057tt are designed for the iPhone 5/5s and the 5th generation iPod touch®.
 
2. Is there a limit to how much can be recorded on the Tune Talk?
 
The memos are recorded to the iPod® itself; there is no storage on the Tune Talk device.  It depends on how much available storage the iPod has.
 
3. Does the F8Z414 come with a charge cable, and if so, how long is the cable?
 
Yes, the F8Z414 comes with a 4 ft charge/sync cable for the 30-pin Apple® products (up to iPhone 4/4s).

The F8Z630q04 is a wall outlet adapter (with swivel) that has a USB A Female Port on it.

Yes, the F8J017tt provides 1 A/5 W to charge a phone.  A Belkin Bluetooth Keyboard requires less than that (around 300 mA to 500 mA) to rapid charge (charge at its fastest rate).
 
9. How many Amps per port if they used all the ports of the B2B074?
 
The amount of Amps per port is dependent on the USB adapter that is used.  If you are using the adapter that came with your iPhone 5, it will use 1 Amp.
 
10. Can the F8J002 work with other USB devices?
 
Yes, the F8J002 will work with all USB-enabled phones and media players (Apple, Android™, Windows®, etc.) as long as they have the applicable USB cable for that device.

Whenever you need to use a different tablet with your Belkin Keyboard, pairing must be performed to ensure that your keyboard is in control of the correct device. 

IMPORTANT:  Before using your Belkin QODE Keyboard, make sure to disconnect the Bluetooth® devices previously connected to it.  Also, if the keyboard layout of your device is different from that of your Hardware Keyboard, you must change the keyboard language to update the output.  Modifying only the iPad® or mobile phone language will not change the keyboard output.  For more information on how to change this on your Android™ device, click here.  For more information on how to change this on your iOS device, click here.

The steps below will guide you on how to properly pair your device with the keyboard via Bluetooth.

NOTE:  Make sure the keyboard and tablet are close to each other before pairing.

A code will appear on the screen.  Enter this code on the keyboard and press [Enter].

A message will pop up when pairing is successful.

Open the Settings on your phone.

Turn ON the keyboard then press and hold the Pair key.

Turn ON Bluetooth connection in Settings > Bluetooth on your Android device, then scan for nearby devices.

Select Belkin Bluetooth Keyboard.

The Android device will notify you when the pairing is successful.  If pairing fails, switch the keyboard OFF and ON before repeating the steps above.
