When turning the microphone OFF, the speaker will inform you that the microphone is muted and the status lights on the front of the speaker will light orange. While the microphone is muted, the Google Assistant voice command functionality will not be available. To unmute the microphones, simply tap the Microphone ON/OFF button again. The speaker will inform you that the microphone is no longer muted and the orange status lights on the front of the unit will turn OFF. |

Why am I receiving this message?
The Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE is designed to be used with the Google Assistant. However, there are some locations that are currently not supported by Google Assistant but this does not mean that the smart speaker will not function. You can continue with the setup process and use your smart speaker, just without the Google Assistant features.
What do I do if I see this message?
If you see this message, do not be alarmed. Simply tap on OK to continue the setup. You will be able to connect your Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE to your Wi-Fi and use Bluetooth® and music streaming with the smart speaker as normal.
