This article will walk you through unpairing your earbuds from your Bluetooth® device.\n

Step 1: 
Your earbuds should be turned OFF.  To do this, you can do either of the two options:


a.  Press on both earbuds for 6 seconds.

b.  Return the earbuds to the charging case and close the lid.

Step 2:
On your phone or tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

Step 3:
Locate the entry for your earbuds.  To unpair them, follow the instructions below:

NOTE:  System instructions may vary depending upon your device's operating system.

For Android™

Step 1: 
Go to Settings.

Step 2: 
Tap on Connections > Bluetooth.

Step 3: 
Under Paired devices, select the paired earbuds then tap Unpair.

For iOS

Step 1: 
Go to Settings.

Step 2: 
Tap on Bluetooth.

Step 3: 
Under MY DEVICES, tap the \"User-added icon on the paired earbuds and then tap on Forget This Device.

Volume 

Volume Up:  Tap once on the right earbud to raise the volume to the desired level.
Volume Down:  Tap once on the left earbud to lower the volume to the desired level.

Audio Playback

Play:  Tap twice on either the left or right earbud to start audio playback.
Pause:  Tap twice on either the left or right earbud to pause audio playback.
Next Track:  Tap three times on the right earbud to skip to the next audio track.
Previous Track:  Tap three times on the left earbud to go back to the previous audio track.

Phone Calls

Accept Incoming Call:  Tap twice on either the left or right earbud to accept an incoming call.
End Current Call:  Tap twice on either the left or right earbud during a call to end it.
Reject Incoming Call:  Press and hold either the left or right earbud for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Siri® Integration

Siri integration is only available on iOS devices supporting Siri.  Press and hold either on the left or right earbud for 2 seconds to activate Siri voice control.

Power OFF

To turn OFF your earbuds for a short period of time, remove the earbuds from your ears and press on the touch-sensitive control area of the earbuds.  Continue doing so for 6 seconds and then release.  \n\n

If you intend to turn OFF your earbuds for an extended period, it is recommended to place each earbud into its designated slot in your charging case and close the lid.  This will safe keep, recharge, and turn OFF your earbuds as well.

If, for instance, you are only able to pair one earbud to your phone or tablet, the best solution to this issue would be to reset your earbuds to factory settings and pair the earbuds again.  Follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how:

On your phone or tablet, go to Settings and unpair the earbud.
