Important Notification for Power Supply Unit


Based on your serial number, we unfortunately need to replace your back up power supply unit. If your equipment still has power, you can continue to use the device you have until you receive the new one in the next couple of days. The installation is easy and there will be detailed instructions explaining how to unplug your current back up power supply unit and plug in the new one. You will not be charged for any of this.

Your new unit will be shipped to the service address on file, unless you call us and provide us with a different address to use. You should receive your new unit within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive your replacement unit within that time period, want us to use a ship to address other than your service address on file, or if you have any questions or concerns about this, please call 1-866-539-5791.
