CFY-Los Angeles serves about 7,000 families a year along with hundreds of educators in the Los Angeles Unified School District, providing families with computers, and students and teachers with a powerful online learning platform, powermylearning.com. Belkin is proud to provide CFY-LA with surge protectors to keep students and families powered up.

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles makes homeownership possible for low-income families by partnering with businesses and the community to build or renovate affordable homes. Since 1990, Habitat has built and rehabilitated more than 350 houses in neighborhoods across Los Angeles County in their quest to make simple, sustainable and affordable housing a reality for all families and individuals. Belkin provides new Habitat homeowners with a "Welcome Home" bag of products.

Teach for America

Teach for America recruits a diverse group of leaders to teach for two years in a low-income community. Intensive training, support and career development helps leaders increase their impact and deepen their understanding of closing the achievement gap. Now 33,000 strong, they work at every level of education, policy and other professions to ensure that every child receives an excellent education. Belkin funds a summer fellowship for TFA alums, working in LA Superintendent John Deasy's office.

Heal the Bay

Heal the Bay works to protect one of our most precious natural resources by partnering with residents, activists and businesses in southern California through community action, education and advocacy efforts. Heal the Bay's Beach Report Card is the only comprehensive analysis of coastline water quality on the West Coast. Each week, over 650 beaches are graded A through F, based on bacteria analysis. Belkin employees donate their time by participating in Heal the Bay beach clean ups.


KIPP LA is a non-profit organization that operates high-performing elementary and middle public charter schools in South and East Los Angeles. They are part of the nationwide KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) network, which is dedicated to preparing students in underserved communities for success in college and in life. Belkin partners with KIPP LA to support technology in the classroom.

Da Vinci Schools

Da Vinci Schools provide students a rigorous, relevant and hands-on college preparatory curriculum. They create and support a culture of high expectations for all, where students grow in knowledge and wisdom, develop new skills, and form safe and strong relationships with teachers, peers, parents, and the community.

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has been serving our community since 1973. They are at the heart of a charitable food distribution network that includes over 1,000 agencies throughout Los Angeles County. Through its network, LARFB feeds over 1 million people a year—approximately 10% of Los Angeles County. LARFB is a Feeding America partner. Belkin employees take a day off work to volunteer at LARFB, sorting and stocking donations.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is a non-profit, academic, pediatric medical center. Each year, CHLA provides more than 97,000 children with the highest quality pediatric healthcare in a setting designed just for their needs, regardless of their ability to pay. CHLA was fifth in the nation on US News and World Report’s Honor Roll of Best Children’s Hospitals.

The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles
