CONTROL YOUR HOME FROM ANYWHERE

The Wemo Mini Smart Plug lets you control your electronic devices right from your phone or tablet. The Smart Plug uses your existing home Wi-Fi network to provide wireless control of lamps, heaters, fans, and more--with no subscription or hub required. Simply plug the Wemo Mini Smart Plug into an electrical outlet, plug a device into the Smart Plug, and control your device using the free Wemo app. Whether you’re unwinding on the couch or vacationing in the Caribbean, you’ll be able to remotely control your lights and appliances from anywhere in the world.

Wemo Mini Compact Footprint

CONVENIENT, COMPACT DESIGN

With its sleek, compact form factor, Wemo Mini fits into any electrical outlet without obstructing other sockets. This allows you to stack an additional Wemo Mini or plug in another device in the same outlet.

Wemo Mini with Fan

SCHEDULE YOUR LIGHTS AND APPLIANCES

Wemo Mini lets you easily set automatic schedules for any device that’s plugged in--from lamps to fans to space heaters. Using the free Wemo app, you can schedule a fan to turn on at noon, or synchronize a lamp with the sunset so you never come home to a dark house.

Wemo Mini with Lamp

PROTECT YOUR HOME WITH RANDOMIZED LIGHTS

With the ability to randomize your lights, Wemo Mini protects your home better than a mechanical timer. When set to “Away Mode,” the smart plug will turn plugged-in lights on and off randomly to make it appear like you’re home--even when you’re not.

Works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home

SAY IT: HANDS-FREE CONTROL WITH AMAZON ALEXA AND GOOGLE HOME

Wemo Mini works seamlessly with Amazon Alexa and Google Home to give you hands-free voice control over your devices. Pair Wemo Mini with Amazon Alexa or Google Home to turn your lights, your appliances, or an entire room on or off with just the power of your voice.

Works with Nest Products

PAIRS WITH NEST FOR AUTOMATIC HOME-AWAY CONTROL

When paired with Nest's Thermostat, Nest's "home" and "away" modes can sync with your Wemo Mini for automatic control. Nest can tell Wemo when you're home or away, so your fan can turn off to save energy when the house is empty. Or your lights can turn on automatically when you walk in the door.

Works with IFTTT

WORKS WITH IFTTT FOR AUTOMATED RECIPES

"If This, Then That" is a free web-based service that opens up an amazing array of possibilities for your Wemo Mini. Visit IFTTT.com to find "recipes" for making Wemo Mini turn lights on and off based on real-world events, send you push notifications about device activity, and much more.

Wemo App

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOOD Purchased 2 Mini Smart Plugs. They work well from remote locations. downloading app easy. Problem is setting up for auto timer and vacation mode. Directions are not detailed enough for ease of operation. As soon as I get a chance to call for support I will. I'm hoping this is just "pilot error". As soon as this is cleared I'd rate this product 5 stars. - Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile Switch I researched all the home automation options, and I have landed on two with Wemo being used for all my other plugs and switches. I have read reviews that the app was an issue, and it was best to use the Android app over the iOS before recent app updates, because now it works flawlessly with the additional plugs I have been adding on either O/S. I current use 6 switches set for lamps, a fish tank, stringed lights, and a china cabinet assigned to a room I labeled "my room", so now I just say, "Hey, Google, turn my room on," and it all turns on. I use the light switch for exterior lighting set to turn on at sunset and off at sunrise for one and 5 hours for the other. Finally, I have set a candle to turn off after four hours, a radio to come on as an alarm, and I set additional rules for fail safe lighting. I am purchasing the dimmer now, too, as it has come out. I have an Echo as well as my Google Home, too, in my office, and I have had no issue with Wemo for Alexa or Google Assistant. It works great with IFTTT and Stringify, too. The app works great in home and out. I have owned another system since 1986, so after all these years, technology has finally caught up to "old school" home automation, and I am rapidly replacing devices with Wemo. I can only hope in the future they make an alarm clock that has assignable buttons that you can assign on/off times with a security mode option, as well as, manual on/off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works pretty well Pretty easy to connect to wifi, and once it was showing in the App, I figured out how to use IFTTT to adjust on / off times as sunset changes. Cool! Connection with Nest is glitchy and it does not yet work with Apple Homekit. But it's rumored a bridge for Apple Homekit will be available in the fall.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I have been trying for over an hour to get the plug onto my network. The app crashes every time it attempts to connect to my wifi. I'm using an iphone with the latest update as of 05/18/17. Piece of garbage. Should've went with the clapper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked for a month Setup was easy. Worked great. I set it to simulate a lived in look for security. Then a month later I noticed that it was not active any longer. I have not been able to reconnect, even after doing a factory reset. So much for security.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A Gross Disappointmen Same issue as GadgetJohn: connections are not persistent. I've 34 years in IT, the bulk with Fortune 200 Corporations....I know a bit about networking shall we say. I spent ~30 minutes last evening trying to get that WeMo network to show up on my new Android. When it's network finally was visible long enough to continue setup of an additional device it won't maintain that connection. Bottom line: Belkin needs to go back to the drawing board and start from scratch. All the units I bought are going back to Best Buy today. At $34.95/each they're too expensive to keep as paperweights. Prior to returning these I'd love to speak with your Tier-III support but I do not need to be asked if my phone and router are on, is the device plugged in, etc. Grossly disappointed in this product and it will come up in conversation at some point with peers and there is patently no way I can recommend this.
