Q: How long will it take to receive a replacement surge protector from Belkin?

A: It will take approximately 7 to 9 business days for your replacement s to arrive, after Belkin receives your recalled SurgeMaster surge protector. Shipping time may vary due to availability of your replacement surge protector.

Q: Can I go to a Retail store that sells Belkin surge protectors to exchange my recalled SurgeMaster?

A: The SurgeMaster exchange program is being conducted through the SurgeMaster exchange website at http://www.belkin.com/support/surgemaster/exchange. If you do not have access to the website, please email Belkin at emailforrust@belkin.com for further assistance.

Q: Do I have to return my recalled SurgeMaster before I can receive a replacement surge protector?

A: Yes, Belkin will provide a pre-paid shipping label and instructions to return your recalled SurgeMaster to Belkin. Once we receive the recalled SurgeMaster a replacement will be sent out.
