FAQ: I followed all the instructions and have verified everything is installed correctly but I am still unable to see or connect to the other computer(s).

        I followed all the instructions and have verified everything is installed correctly but I am still unable to see or connect to the other computer(s).

     More Info
        Unplug the USB Direct Connect unit(s) from all the computers. Restart the computers with the USB Direct Connect still disconnected. Wait for all of them to reboot and if you get a Log In screen make sure you are NOT clicking the ESC key or clicking cancel. Make sure you log in and press Enter or click OK. Once they desktop screen comes up plug in the USB Direct Connect to each computer one at a time waiting about 5-10 seconds before plugging in the next one. Try to browse Network Neighborhood or My Network places now.
