Yes, only if the Apple hardware you have is Version 2.0.
If the Apple hardware you have is Version 1.x.x then it will with 40-bit(64-bit)encryption.
Version 1.x.x of the Apple hardware only supports 40-bit (64-bit)encryption, but for the Apple Airport card there is a firmware update that you can install for them that will allow them to work with 128-bit encryption.
For the Apple Airport Basestation new Version 2.0 hardware is required for 128-bit encryption.
