Make sure that the video settings are configured properly by doing the following:
1. Double-click on the VideoShop icon from your hard drive.
2. From the Digitize menu, select Video On to enable the Video digitizing function.
3. Also from the Digitize menu, select Video Settings. The Video dialog box appears.
4. From the Video Settings pop-up menu (top left) select Source. The Source should indicate USB Vision.
5. Select your Input: either S-Video or C-Video (RCA-type connector) depending on the type of your connection.
6. Select your Format: as NTSC, PAL, or SECAM.
7. Click OK.
If you are not able to do the above or if the above does not get the video working close VideoShop and go to your hard drive then to System, then to Preferences and locate the Strata Preferences folder. Drop the entire folder into the trash then restart the computer and try the above again. |
