Use your Laptop at home – In comfort

(Northants, UK) - CeBIT 2007 – Think of laptop accessories, you think of little mice and numeric keypads? What about those many people who use their laptop at home and don’t travel with their laptop. After a specially commissioned user study, Belkin have developed a whole new range of products.

A December 2005 laptop-user study conducted by Belkin* found that 39 percent of laptop users rarely or never take their laptops out of the home. Additionally, the study showed that 43 percent of laptop owners keep their laptop in the family room, with half of these same owners moving their laptops to different areas of the home. With more and more laptops being used primarily in the home, home users need laptop tools that are specifically designed for use in their home, and not necessarily for the mobile road warrior. Using a laptop computer on your lap can be uncomfortable due to bad wrist posture and hot laptop-bottom surfaces. The CushTop, PocketTop and SleeveTop make it more convenient and comfortable to use your laptop anywhere in your home.
