Belkin OmniViewIP* 5200K Series KVM Switch Offers Dual-User Access to Remote Data Centers

(Compton, CA) -March 25, 2009- Belkin today announced its new OmniViewIP 5200K Series KVM Switches, enabling two remote IT administrators to simultaneously monitor and control up to 32 servers. As an expansion to its current KVM-over-IP line, the dual-user switches offer improved features, such as rapid video synchronization and support for both Internet Explorer® and Mozilla® Firefox®.

Designed to provide more flexibility for SMBs with remote offices or remote users, OmniViewIP KVM solutions provide IT professionals with real-time, BIOS-level access to local and remote IT assets.

Belkin further enables remote management by offering virtual media support, so that users can mount a local USB or CD-ROM resource to the remote server. These enhanced features provide the necessary tools for true lights-out management.
