Komen for the Cure. For each case sold, Belkin will donate 10 percent of the retail price to support Komen for the Cure (with a minimum donation of $100,000).

- Exercise substantially reduces the odds of ever getting breast cancer, lengthens survival, and considerably enhances quality of life for women with breast cancer.
- Regular exercise early in life and exercise vigorous enough to suppress other reproductive hormones may make a difference, too.
- After a woman is diagnosed, exercise can dramatically lengthen survival and lower the odds of another tumor.
- Resistance training helps reverse the muscle loss and fat gain called sarcopenia that often follows chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. Resistance training slows bone loss and may even strengthen bones.

- Being physically active boosts the odds that breast-cancer patients will survive the disease.
- Breast-cancer patients who walk or do other kinds of moderate exercise for three to five hours a week are about 50 percent less likely to die from the disease than sedentary women.
- Physical activity lowers hormone levels, and the lower hormone levels reduce the chances of a recurrence.
- Regular exercise reduces the death rate among women who have had breast cancer.
