New Sr. Vice President Position at Belkin Signals Evolving Organizational Growth

Belkin promotes Mark Reynoso, formerly VP of Sales, to Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing

(Compton, CA) - April 25, 2005 - To further support its unified approach to sales, marketing, and product development, Belkin International, Inc., the global leader in connectivity solutions, announces the promotion of Mark Reynoso, former VP of Sales, to Belkin's newly-created Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing position.

"Mark's ambition and achievements are inspirational, making him ideal for this new position," says Chet Pipkin, CEO and President. "As our company continues to evolve into a more complete global organization, his diverse experience and skill set will further solidify Belkin as a leader in the digital connectivity space."

As a result of this transition, the current VP of Marketing and Product Development, Eric Tong, and the VP of Sales (which Belkin is currently conducting a search to fill) will fall under Reynoso's lead.

Mark Reynoso, Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mark Reynoso began his career at Belkin in 1996 in product management, where he managed products representing 70% of Belkin's total revenues. In January 1998, Reynoso moved to Europe in the role of General Manager to head the expansion of Belkin into Europe, where he was instrumental in Belkin's record-breaking sales growth. Returning to Belkin U.S. headquarters in November 2002 to lead Strategic Development projects, Reynoso focused on developing channel marketing initiatives and new product concepts. In May 2004, Reynoso was promoted to the VP of Sales position, where he began refocusing and better aligning the organization with corporate strategic initiatives.
