Account Manager - Retail
A minimum of 5 years experience in the retail sector within IT or consumer electronics you will have the drive to continue to build on the already strong foundation of this channel. A relationship builder with the ability to prepare and present to a range of customers is essential as is the ability to work very closely with the current team. Good Excel skills, detailed and organised you will need to learn quickly and thoroughly, able to absorb the extensive range that is available to our customers.

Financial Analyst
Extensive experience of providing management information building on the information currently provided. This will change and grow with the business and includes customer profitability, sales team/rep profitability and expense analysis. Exceptional skills in Excel and Access are essential and experience of Oracle would be a distinct advantage.

National Account Manager - Retail
Extensive knowledge of the retail sector in IT or Consumer Electronics is essential as is the ability to drive business forward. You will be able to demonstrate proven aggressive sales growth consistently throughout your career. An understanding of a vast and extensive range is essential as is the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers. Detail oriented, you will need to be computer literate with good Excel skills. This role is customer facing but the candidate will be predominately office based and so you will need to be in commutable distance of Northampton.

Technical Support Representative - Dutch speaking
You will be expected to provide full technical support to dealers, end users, and sales staff through Europe and to act in a trouble shooting capacity to enhance levels of customer satisfaction. Experience in a similar role is essential as is the ability to work fluently in both Dutch and English written and verbal.
