Our Purchasing and Forecasting group is constantly following industry trends and interacting with departments across the organization to set inventory levels. Members of this team help create, update, and maintain forecasts for customers and individual product lines. They also expedite orders and returns to help maintain those set levels, and are charged with the important task of providing Belkin’s sales force with the information it needs to sell our products every day.
Our Operations team is responsible for making sure the right products get to the right place at the right time for the right price. They deal with the everyday logistics of our deliveries and arrange for transportation of our products around the globe. This team also has to stay focused on quality assurance to ensure that every product has been properly inspected to meet regulatory requirements and, of course, our customers’ high expectations.
