Overview

Our HR, Legal & Administrative Support team helps sustain Belkin’s entire company infrastructure. Our Human Resources group sees Belkin employees as its customers. HR works to continually provide every Belkin member with information and services related to our employee benefits, including insurance, 401(k) plans, and a multitude of others. The team helps with employee relations and safety policies and is also charged with the all-important task of administering Belkin’s biweekly payroll.

The Belkin Legal team is exploring something new every day. From compliance issues to patent and trademark matters, our Legal department has to be prepared for anything and everything. In addition to managing all aspects of contract review, the team advises management on an array of legal matters and works with outside counsel on any pending litigation.

Our Administrative Support team keeps Belkin running by assisting employees and managers with their everyday responsibilities, helping them get the job done right.

Skills and Values

You’re a self-starter who has the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, yet you aren’t afraid to seek assistance from management. As a member of the Administrative Support team, you’re detail-oriented, always organized, and are a great listener. You’re cool under pressure and know how to play your part to keep things running smoothly.

On the Human Resources side, you’re well-versed in employment law, compensation analysis, and benefits administration. You’re a people person and you know what it takes to consistently make the best decisions for your company and for your colleagues.

As a member of the Legal team, you have a strong legal and business background and can think outside of the box to assist with legal issues that come up in any area of the company. You’re well-versed in contract law and know the ins and outs of litigation. You’re patient and are willing to help educate and advise colleagues on the legal questions they may be facing in their own departments. You’re a problem solver and can prioritize and multitask gracefully.
